Sunday 9th January 2004

We decided to take George on his first sledging expedition. Found the little resort of La Burra in the Gruyère mountains, fourty minutes drive from where we live. It was a little cloudy but not too cold, and we dragged George up the piste in his little baby bob, then either Graham or I would catch him at the bottom of the slope. He went quite fast and once he turned upside down but he didn't cry. He was more surprised than anything! It was a great introduction to the snow and we were surrounded by other small children in toboggans and on skis. Two toboggan pix in the photo gallery.
