Today we went to the outdoor pool in Payerne and mummy came with me on the big swirly slide that goes into the deep pool. It was great fun and we did it lots of times. Mum wouldn't let me go on my own - she said I was too small. But she let me go on the smaller orange water slide and clapped when I hit the water front ways, sideways and upside down. I threw my hat down the slide a couple of times but it kept getting stuck half way. When I tried to climb up to retrieve it a human torpedo headed towards me so I stopped the business with the hat.

I am still asking mummy lots of questions about the pig that got killed on Sunday and at the doctor's I was very interested in the pictures of the kidneys. I also asked mummy what was inside a polar bear and what happens to bears when they get killed. Mummy told me bears were a protected species because there were not many left in the wild so hunters cannot shoot them without permission. I was glad.

I have made up lots of stories in which the wild bore killed on Sunday turned out to be a good guy and did not get killed after all but lived happily ever after.
